When I first watched the shark tank, something came or stroked, I had a thought in my mind. It was just about a business deal and all about making that big money. But something happened last night.
I stood in front of my small group of friends, we were talking about some ideas for a handmade. We have our own shark tank moment sometimes. There comes a time when we didn't have the nerves and we feared rejection so much and hoped that someone would just believe in us.
Although it's all part of growing, I didn't have those lights, those cameras, those spotlights. Those people were willing to invest in me at the beginning, but I had the courage. To do what I want and that was enough.
The truth is that you don't have to be popular or to be on TV to make it big. Sometimes the sharks are your doubts, those failures, those pasts. You must learn how to swim among them with that thinking.
