This is my 140th post since I entered the weekly art contest held by @Splinterlands.
Here I drew the Chaos Rear Guard character from the Splinterlands Chaos Rear Guard card game.
I drew this Splinterlands fanart character because I found it quite unique. He has a stocky, dragon-like build, and is also wearing iron armor and wielding a large, sharp-looking, powerful sword.
It was quite fun drawing this character. I created this character with a desert and rocky background, with a rocky hill behind the fanart character.
I'm quite happy to participate and draw Splinterlands characters to practice my illustration skills.
Overall, making Splinterlands fanart is always fun, because there are so many characters to create fanart for.
For coloring, I use an American comic book style.
To create this character, I used Gpen thick and thin line art.
This time, I didn't have a goal, because just participating in the @splinterlands character drawing competition is already really cool in my opinion.

I created this work in 6.5 hours, with 2.5 hours of line sketching and 4 hours of coloring and effects.
