This is my 133rd post since I entered the weekly art contest held by @Splinterlands.
Here I drew the character Fungus Fiend from the Splinterlands Fungus Fiend card game.
I chose this character because it's unique, a ground monster covered in moss and trees, and has an energy core on its back that resembles a green glowing crystal ball.
I made this work somewhat cartoonish, like a Scooby Doo comic.
But I'm quite happy to participate and draw Splinterlands characters to practice my illustration skills.
Overall, making Splinterlands fanart is always fun, because there are so many characters to create fanart with 😊😁.
For the coloring, I used a cartoonish American comic style like Scooby Doo.
To create this character, I used Gpen thick and thin line art.
This time I didn't have a goal, because just participating in the @splinterlands character drawing competition is already really cool in my opinion.
And congratulations to the top 3 winners and the other winners 🥰😘🕺👑👏💃🥳
Also, thank you to my friends in the Hive community, curators, and other artists who have always supported my work.
I created this work in 6 hours: 2 hours of line sketching and 4 hours of coloring and effects.
