What I see: A canal in a city with old architecture ... reminds me of Amsterdam although I think it is somewhere else in the Netherlands (the sign saying "ultgezonderd" suggests that), with lots of bicycles parked by the rail. I also see the sky and the clock reflected in the water, and I note that there are more gradations in the sky's color reflected in the water than the camera is picking up in the sky itself.
What I feel: I wonder what else those bicycles could see -- or have seen-- if they could see?
The colors of the sky are deeper in water than in any camera lens.
We see that and other things in depth.
From this angle, we saw a murder attempted and failed.
Last night, under the window's line of sight, slipped, tripped, and sunk.
The sky shines on swift justice.
