Hello and welcome to Hive Music Festival Week 148 Round 1! My name is @deky01 and I am here with my senior bros Sir @akwash360 who is assisting me play the guitar. For this week’s concert, I will be singing the cover of “My Story” by Neeja.
Neeja is an emerging Gospel artist and song writer from Nigeria. The song “My story” is a song that can serve as an encouragement to people on how the love of Gid is above man’s imagination and knowledge, despite our flaws and our diverse behaviours that are not pleasant to Him and are sinful in nature, God’s grace has covered us, giving us what we are not deserving of, ignoring our flaws and changing our situations for others to see and know that He is God of all and how He welcomes His lost sheep home with open arms.
The bible has shown us a very good example of how God welcomes sinners who stray away from Him, using the parable of the Prodigal Son which Jesus example to us in the book of Luke 15:11-32, where the son of a rich man came to his father asking for all his inheritance in order for him to go on his own way, and after his father answered his request the son went on to waste all that was given to him and back home begging his father to accept him which he did without any dely. That is a typical example of how out father in Heaven will accept us whenever we return to him and in so doing, if we believe in Him, He will change our story for the amazement of others to see and glory in His name.
