Who doesn't love birthday cake? And if it's healthy too? Even better! Lena's rainbow cake was the very definition of eating the rainbow! We absolutely loved the effort that she put into this beautiful cake for her daughter and cannot wait to give it a try ourselves!๐ฑ

One of our newer followers @missdeli submitted something gorgeous this week, a celebration of fruit in the form of a fruit packed salad! ๐ ๐๐ Her images are so beautiful and even her dog Cindy made a cameo in her post! SO cute! ๐ One thing that really stood out for us about her post is the fact that Silvya took all of her amazing photos with her smartphone! This is really impressive and shows that you don't need fancy equipment to get the job done ๐ช๐ป

3rd Place: @vegan.niinja's Rainbow Breakfasts ๐
@vegan.niinja wrote some words in her post that really touched me and they relate to everybody. She wrote:
Don't trust all these new trend diet tips, that tells you to eat this but not that and only after a certain time of the day but absolutely not after 6 pm. That may be true to THAT person, but it is for you? Find out when and how you feel comfortable in your body and learn to listen what your body is telling you.
This is very true and should be taught to everybody when we learn about food and what works for us as individuals. Obviously, there are some hard and fast rules to stick to like keep processed and fast food to a minimum and drink lots of water etc. But what about the rest of it? Her advice to listen to your body and do what works for you is super valuable!
On top of those pearls of wisdom, she shared some amazing images of her rainbow breakfasts and it was difficult to decide on a winning image but this one won!
