Feliz martes, amigos, espero que estén bien. Ayer fue un día bastante interesante porque un cliente me contrató para dar una clase básica sobre cómo usar Canva, y acepté. Fue una clase de dos horas en la que expliqué todo paso a paso. Las personas viven en Estados Unidos, pero hablan español, y cuando estábamos a punto de comenzar la clase, me preguntaron qué idioma iba a usar. No lo pensé dos veces y dije que español, porque no domino el inglés.
Estuve tranquila y expliqué todo con paciencia. Estuve completamente presente y evité que los pensamientos intrusivos me sabotearan.
Para mí fue muy satisfactorio poder impartir esta clase. Durante el día, estuve trabajando en un proyecto de diseño, pero no podía dejar de pensar en la clase que tenía esa noche. Unas horas antes de la clase, el cliente me llamó y hablamos de varias cosas que no tenía claras, pero una vez que se aclararon, me sentí tranquilo.
Por mi parte, comparto algunas fotos que tomé ayer. Tomé una de la luna; era preciosa y el cielo se veía hermoso.

I was calm and patiently explained everything. I was completely present and avoided letting intrusive thoughts sabotage me.
It was very satisfying for me to be able to teach this class. During the day, I was working on a design project, but I couldn't stop thinking about the class I had that night. A few hours before class, the client called me, and we talked about several things I was unsure about, but once they were clarified, I felt calm.
For my part, I'm sharing some photos I took yesterday. I took one of the moon; it was beautiful, and the sky looked beautiful.
