¡Ayer celebramos Halloween en el gimnasio y fue muy divertido! Nos reunimos a las 9 de la mañana y luego tuvimos una clase de danza terapia. La comida compartida tuvo un poco de todo: comida deliciosa, buen ambiente y muchas risas. Después de comer, comenzó la clase de baile, pero confieso que no grabé nada... Estaba tan llena que preferí no moverme demasiado. Ese día tampoco hice ejercicio; solo fui a disfrutar con el grupo y pasar un buen rato.
Sobre el disfraz... Para ser sincera, no tenía pensado disfrazarme ni maquillarme, pero una chica del grupo pidió que no la dejaran sola con su disfraz, así que decidí apoyarla. Me maquillé rápidamente (jajaja), todo muy rápido porque era casi la hora de la reunión y no quería llegar tarde. No fue nada elaborado, pero me contagié del espíritu de la ocasión y fui para darle apoyo moral.
Nos reímos mucho, comimos, cotilleamos, bailamos y, por supuesto, ¡hicimos muchas fotos! Aquí tenéis algunas fotos de ayer para que veáis lo bien que lo pasamos.

Yesterday we celebrated Halloween at the gym and it was so much fun! We met at 9 a.m. and then had a dance therapy class. The potluck had a little bit of everything: delicious food, a great atmosphere, and lots of laughter. After lunch, the dance class began, but I confess I didn't record anything... I was so full that I preferred not to move around too much. I didn't exercise that day either; I just went to enjoy myself with the group and have a good time.
About the costume... To be honest, I wasn't planning on dressing up or wearing makeup, but a girl in the group asked not to be left alone with her costume, so I decided to support her. I put on my makeup quickly (hahaha), all very fast because it was almost time for the meeting and I didn't want to be late. It wasn't anything elaborate, but I got caught up in the spirit of the occasion and went to give her moral support.
We laughed a lot, ate, gossiped, danced, and, of course, took lots of pictures! Here are some photos from yesterday so you can see how much fun we had.
