When I listen to these people's podcasts, I reflect and think about everything I can improve and try to understand how they see things. By doing this, I have become aware of my self-criticism and my family patterns. Today, I can see how far I have come and what I still need to do to achieve the big goals I have set for myself. But I know I'm on the right track because I'm seeing results. At first, I was desperate, but the results of trying and improving with each mistake I learned from.
