Start of my second week at the gym 💕✨

¡Feliz comienzo de semana, amigos! Espero que todos tengan una semana excelente, llena de brillo y alegría.

Aquí les dejo una foto de mi segunda semana en el gimnasio. Este lunes fui temprano al gimnasio porque tenía que terminar un trabajo. Mi entrenadora se sorprendió de que llegara tan temprano. Ella esperaba que llegara un poco más tarde para poder participar en una clase de bailo-terapia era a las nueve, pero le dije que participaría el miércoles porque hoy tenía cosas que hacer.

La rutina fue muy dura y terminé agotada. Aquí hay algunas fotos mías en la bicicleta, una en la que parezco agotada y otra en la que me veo un poco mejor. Como fui temprano, no había mucha gente en ese momento porque son vacaciones escolares y las mamás ya no se levantan tan temprano, lo que suele pasar durante la temporada de vacaciones escolares.

Here's a photo from my second week at the gym. This Monday I went to the gym early because I had to finish some work. My trainer was surprised that I arrived so early. She was expecting me to arrive a little later so I could participate in a dance therapy class at nine, but I told her I would participate on Wednesday because I had things to do today.

The routine was very hard, and I ended up exhausted. Here are some photos of me on the bike, one where I look exhausted and another where I look a little better. Since I went early, there weren't many people there at the time because it's school vacation and moms don't get up so early anymore, which usually happens during the high school vacation season.
