Blessings to all my dear friends at Hive! ❤️ I hope you're all doing great. I'm back here writing from this beautiful platform that I love, Liketu, in my free time from work... I want to tell you a little about my first experience in El Gran Roque, the jewel of the Los Roques archipelago.
When we landed, I swear the excitement rushed to my head, and so did the nervousness... Getting off the plane was like taking a leap into paradise, and I was also thinking about the commitment of coming to work and grow here professionally... As soon as I set foot on the ground, the first thing I did was go through the airport and look at the "Los Roques" letters at the entrance. 🛩️ The airport is a tiny place, but it's filled with such a special charm, I think due to the energy of the sea itself. Oh, 🥹 the sea! That blue that takes your breath away. Corduroy, never in my dreams did I imagine such a vibrant color, that special blue 💙 I took a couple of photos of those letters, and while I was doing so, I couldn't stop looking out to sea and a lagoon right here. How crazy! It was a spectacle of blues that seemed painted with the finest brushes. I decided I had to capture that moment, so I took out my phone and started taking photos from every angle. I promise you, even the smallest corner had something beautiful to show. I looked between the houses with those colorful walls and saw how the sky met the sea. Everything was like a painting, simply brutal! 🌊 After the photos, I ventured a little further into the surroundings. The truth is, I didn't walk much because I was quite tired from the trip, but I wanted to enjoy as much as I could. What caught my attention the most were the boats. On the beach, the boats were lined up as if waiting their turn to take everyone to explore the wonders of the area. Each one had its own unique color, and the contrast with the blue of the sea was a spectacle. That same night, when I stayed in my room, I looked out the window and was amazed again, so I went outside for a walk. The stars and the sea reflected a silvery glow that made the water look like a mirror, but my camera, unfortunately, didn't capture it, but I was able to witness it. In those moments, you realize how lucky you are to be in a place like this. I wouldn't want to miss it for anything in the world, thank God.
Although my stay was brief on my first day, and I went to rest afterward and was only able to explore a little, the energy of that place touched my heart. There's something about the atmosphere, the warmth of the people, that makes you want to stay longer. It's a corner of the world where, around every corner, you're reminded of how beautiful life is. The islands of Los Roques are definitely a place you have to visit and enjoy to the fullest. Understanding its tranquility... ¡Bendiciones a todos mis queridos en Hive! ❤️ Espero que se encuentren súper bien. Estoy por aquí nuevamente escribiendo desde esta plataforma tan hermosa que me encanta, Liketu, en mi tiempo libre del trabajo... Quiero contarles un poco sobre mi primera experiencia en El Gran Roque, la joya del archipiélago de Los Roques.
Cuando aterrizamos, les juro que la emoción me subió por la cabeza, y también el nerviosismo... Bajar de la avioneta fue como dar un salto al paraíso y pensando también en el compromiso de venir a trabajar y crecer aquí profesionalmente... Tan pronto pisé el suelo, lo primero que hice fue pasar por el aeropuerto e ir a las letras de “Los Roques” que están en la entrada del aeropuerto. 🛩️ El aeropuerto es un lugar pequeñito, pero está lleno de un encanto tan especial creo que por la misma energía del mar ¡Ay, 🥹 el mar! Ese azul que te roba el aliento. De pana, ni en mis sueños imaginé un color tan vibrante, ese azul especial 💙 Tomé un par de fotos en esas letras y, mientras lo hacía, no podía dejar de mirar hacia el mar y a una laguna que está aquí ¡Qué locura! Era un espectáculo de azules que parecían pintados con el mejor de los pinceles. Decidí que tenía que captar ese momento, así que saqué mi teléfono y empecé a tomar fotos desde todos los ángulos. Les prometo que hasta el más mínimo rincón tenía algo hermoso que mostrar. Miré entre las casas con esas paredes de colores y vi cómo el cielo se unía con el mar. Todo era como un cuadro, ¡simplemente brutal! 🌊 Después de las fotos, me aventuré un poco más por los alrededores. La verdad es que no caminé mucho porque estaba bastante cansada del viaje, pero quería disfrutar de todo lo que pudiera. Lo que más me llamó la atención fueron los botes. En la playa, los botes estaban alineados como si esperaran su turno para llevar a todos a explorar las maravillas de la zona. Cada uno tenía su propio color, y el contraste con el azul del mar era un espectáculo. Esa misma noche, cuando me quedé en mi habitación, me asomé por la ventana y de nuevo me quedé boquiabierta así que salí un poco a caminar. Las estrellas y el mar; reflejaban un brillo plateado que hacía que el agua pareciera un espejo solo que mi cámara lamentablemente no lo captó pero lo pude presenciar. En esos momentos te das cuenta de lo afortunada que eres de estar en un lugar así. No me lo quería perder por nada del mundo, agradeciendo a Dios.
A pesar de que mi estadía fue breve en mi prime día y luego me fui a descansar y solo pude explorar un poquito, la energía de aquel lugar me llegó al corazón. Hay algo en el ambiente, en la calidez de la gente, que hace que quieras quedarte más tiempo. Es un rincón del mundo que, en cada esquina, te recuerda lo bella que es la vida. Definitivamente, las islas de Los Roques son un lugar que hay que visitar y disfrutar al máximo. **Entender su tranquilidad... ** Y bueno, amigos, esto ha sido un pequeño relato de mi primer día en El Gran Roque.
