Greetings Buskeria Citizens
We have two important event on the first day of every month. The first one is HIVE POWER UP DAY, or #HPUD, as part of communities on HIVE BLOCKCHAIN, we celebrate the first day as the power up day, which we encourage everyone to make a power up at least 10 Hive Power. This is not a mandatory, but more like a voluntary participation.
So the second important even is the event that all Buskeria Citizens are waiting for, we have been anticipating for this event for days, maybe weeks. It is the New Cards Day. We have a new set of cards on every first of the month. Imagine a set of new cards available, and it will amazing isn't it?
However I should write that in past tense. Things have changed nowadays...
Last month New Cards Day was changed. There weren't many packs opened, so the cards were still plenty available on the packs. There was no need to add more cards so Jux decided to add some legendaries only.
However yesterday announcement made me a bit sad. We are doing the same as before, no adding cards. Jux is only adding three more Legendaries, which is actually not the worst we have. It could be a lot worse you know, but still it is something that sad but it is nobody fault at all.
so this has become our "NEW" new cards day, and it is not a double new typo, this what I mean with this post title.
This Bear season really has killed many crypto enthusiasts, but that's how this crypto world works. To be honest I have no belief in alt season at all, for me Crypto is all about Bitcoin and the mainstream altcoins. But who knows, maybe later HIVE could really bullish as part of the lucky altcoins.
The Rumble Is Dead
What I liked from old New Cards Day was the rumble. People were rushing opening packs in the first day and second day to compete the leaderboard. That rumble has gone now, check what I see on the leaderboard...
Everyone is dropping their rank. ALl people below top 50 are dropping rank, mostlikely because everyone stays and someone who just luckily got those new Legendaries, jumped up alone into top 50. That's not bad, but it is bad. Bad in term of lack of dynamics. A game should be dynamic, where a single event can trigger a chain of reactions which result in changes to the Leaderboard rankings or causing havoc.
But here we are now, on steady state waiting for new wave of altseasons...
I Should Open Packs
In the end, rather than whining aimlessly, I should take some positive act to help others, at least by giving some example... It is opening some packs.
Opening a pack is a risky move, because you will end up getting more fans and that create EGO, and you must get STARPRO to combat EGO, which means you need to spend some HIVE for it. People are trying to be lean and efficient, so that's why most people will avoid opening packs, including me.
However let me do what a top 100 Leaderboard players should do... open packs and create card liquidity. I am not joking about Cards Liquidity, check this table below...
Nobody selling the new or recent cards recently, they are available at a very expensive price regarding to less competitions in selling them.
Ok let's focus on our mission today, to get some packs openings!
Oh I forget to deposit some STARBITS. You can only buy packs from in-game STARBITS and you can only buy cards from hive-engine STARBITS. Confuse? yes I am, something I get mixed up with those. I even sent STARPRO to ingame and I could not withdraw them anymore lol.
This is what I see after I have made a 400.000 STARBITS deposit. I will open 24 packs right now, however it will be a different content with what I have made before. I won't share all, only the interesting one. I won't share the stats too, I see we are entering a new phase, so I should deliver different message which is different than I have done previously.
LoL, they tell me to be more patient, ok here we go...
The 11th pack is the only one that makes me happy. I get a Rare people card and an Epic people card. The rest are meh, not good one. Anyway, have you noticed that actually I am buying 20 packs instead of 24 packs? The discount for buying bulk is no longer exist.
However, let's see the good side. I opened up 20 packs, helping reducing the number of common cards in the pack reservoir. Maybe next week or two weeks from now I will open up another 20 packs. Someone have to help our Whale eating those packs right? So let's give them a hand!
Well that's another day of Buskeria life anyway, people must endure this bear season until the new Bull comes to entertain us. So meanwhile keep Busking you all, we gonna be big later!!!

This was a song that I did not like much but it was one of the song that I heard most during their days. The girl I liked kept playing this song, my neighbor played this song a lot and many public space played their song frequently. They were the best during their days.
It's not like their song is bad, It is a great song, it's just not my appetite.
