Hi friends! Today, after a long break, I’m getting back to exercising, and I want to share one of my days with you. Maybe it will help someone. I’ve been away from sports and from a healthy lifestyle for a long time. Family problems and life’s difficulties wore me down a bit, and I started drinking alcohol. I was in a bad mood and closed off, honestly.
But one day I decided to go for a walk in the mountains. There, I sat for a long time and thought, and then I decided to bring some order into my life. It was time to come out of my shell. First of all, I removed alcohol from my life. I used to smoke a pack of cigarettes a day; now I smoke one pack in three days. I reduced it and I’m determined to quit completely. If we don’t change anything in our lives, we keep making the same mistakes. A person is their own doctor. If your life is bad, you can fix it yourself — just believe, because believing is half the success. I hope my story can help someone.
