Colleagues, it's a pleasure to greet you all on another occasion that another day has given us. Well, on this occasion, I have the pleasure of presenting my newest drawing. In this case, it's dedicated to a wind flute. It has very beautiful colors, a metallic base and a sky blue mouthpiece. By the way, this flute is represented by the card i231 Blue Penny Whistle.
Now, I'm going to tell you step by step how I made it. I started by making the base of the card, which is represented by three rectangles.
After I did that I then made the body of the flute, starting at the bottom and then I made the top.
In the next step, I added details to make it look less empty. For example, I made the holes in the shape of dots; in real life, the air would come out of the flute through these holes to create the notes. I also made the mouthpiece for blowing into it. And with that, the entire outline of the sketch and its details were complete.
Now all that's left is to paint everything. As I mentioned before, the flute will be metallic gray and the top part light blue. The rest of the card will be three different shades of blue, meaning a variety of shades. I used a spray paint effect on the bottom part of the background.
In the final stage, I finished painting the flute and added the name of the card, which, by the way, is a bit long. And with that, my colleagues, today's drawing is complete. It was a great pleasure for me to show you the process of how I did it. See you in the next drawing.
