Hace unos dias viajé a Santiago de Cuba para participar de unas actividades por la iglesia. Estaba emocionada, no solo viviría de la experiencia , sino que también volvería a ver a aquellos amigos que hacía un año no los veía.
Al llegar allí aún no habian llegado mis amigos , fui a dar una vuelta con mis compañeros y mi novio , digamos que tomé demaciado helado jaja.
Regresé al lugar donde me quedaría y allí estaban , esos amigos que con una hermosa sonrisa y abrazos me recibieron.
Uno de los que me recibio con los brazos abiertos fue mi querido amigo Harold, ese chico que tiene amor para darle a todos, es el que tiene esa forma tan bonita de interactuar con los demás; de ganarse el amor de todos, el que da sin pedir nada a cambio, porque para él es importante seguir los pasos de Dios. Ése amigo que cuando me vió fue a darme un abrazo.
Comenzaron las actividades y cada minuto que pasaba era mejor , el lugar se inundó de una alegría maravillosa , todos bailabamos y saltabamos.
Al amanecer del nuevo día todos estábamos llenos de energía y con ganas de seguir pasando tiempo juntos, todos eramos una gran familia.
La alegría , el entusiasmo, las ganas de compartir juntos, reinaba en ese lugar. En la tarde hubo un momento de oración en la que todos los jóvenes que nos encontrabamos nos emocionamos mucho.
Lo mas triste fue el final cuando el Padre Carlos nos dijo que se iría para otro lugar , se despedía de todos aquellos jóvenes que él había logrado ganarse su amor , su cariño y su respeto, los ojos de muchos se llenaron de lágrimas, no solo de tristeza porque se nos iba un gran hombre para otra comunidad; sino tambien de alegría porque conocimos no solo a un hombre maravilloso, sino tambien a un Padre que tiene un corazón enorme y lleno de carisma para convivir con miles de jóvenes.
Esta experiencia quedará por siempre en el corazón de cada uno de nosotros.

A few days ago I traveled to Santiago de Cuba to participate in some activities for the Church.She was excited, she would not only live on the experience, but I would also see those friends who had not seen them again.
Upon arriving there, my friends had not arrived, I went for a walk with my classmates and my boyfriend, let's say I took too much ice cream haha.
I returned to the place where I would stay and there were, those friends who with a beautiful smile and hugs received me.
One of those who received me with open arms was my dear friend Harold, that boy who has love to give everyone, is the one who has such a beautiful form of interactive with others to earn everyone's love, the one who gives without asking anything in return, because for him it is important to follow the steps of God.That friend who when he saw me went to give me a hug.
The activities began and every minute that passed was better, the place to flood with a wonderful joy, we all danced and jumped.
At dawn of the new day we were all full of energy and wanting to continue spending time together, we were all a great family.
Joy, enthusiasm, the desire to share together, reigned in that place.
One afternoon they told us that we would have a moment of prayer, it was a beautiful experience, many young people joined in prayer, others the emotion beat them, but more beautiful was when from one moment to another the sky full of pigeons.
The saddest thing was the end when Father Carlos told us that he would leave for another place, he said goodbye to all those young people who he had managed to earn his love, his love and respect, the eyes of many were filled with tears, not only with sadness because we were leaving a great man for another community;But also of joy because we met a wonderful man not only, but also a father who has a huge heart full of charisma to live with thousands of young people.
This experience will remain forever in the heart of each of us.
