Hola comunidad de HIVE y SWC 👊🏽
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotos de lo que fue una tremenda jornada de entrenamiento freestyle en el parque Base Aragua. Nada de competencias ni shows, simplemente pura disciplina, motivación y ganas de seguir creciendo en esta cultura que llevamos en las venas. 🙌🏽🔥
Desde que llegamos, el ambiente se sentía encendido: las barras listas, el sol como testigo, y un grupo de atletas decididos a darlo todo. Fuerza, control, fluidez… cada quien trabajando sus movimientos, corrigiendo detalles, probando nuevos combos y apoyándose entre panas.
Lo que hace especial este tipo de sesiones es justamente eso: el progreso en equipo. Aquí todos aprendemos de todos, cada truco nuevo se celebra, y cada fallo es una oportunidad para mejorar. Entre rondas de muscle ups, planchas y giros, compartimos consejos, nos motivamos y fortalecemos tanto el cuerpo como el espíritu. 💯🔥
Estas fotos que les dejo muestran ese flow del momento: no hay luces, no hay escenario… solo barras, determinación y una hermandad que crece con cada entrenamiento. Porque esto no es solo un deporte, es un estilo de vida.

Today I want to share with you some photos from an amazing freestyle training session at Base Aragua park. No competitions or shows—just pure discipline, motivation, and the drive to keep growing in this culture that runs through our veins. 🙌🏽🔥
From the moment we arrived, the energy was on fire: the bars were ready, the sun bore witness, and a group of athletes showed up determined to give it their all. Strength, control, flow… each person working on their moves, fixing details, trying out new combos, and supporting each other like family.
What makes these kinds of sessions special is exactly that: progress as a team. Here, we all learn from one another—every new trick is celebrated, and every failed attempt is just a chance to get better. Between rounds of muscle-ups, planches, and spins, we shared tips, hyped each other up, and strengthened both body and spirit. 💯🔥
These photos I’m sharing capture the vibe of that moment: no lights, no stage… just bars, determination, and a brotherhood that grows with every training. Because this isn’t just a sport—it’s a way of life.
