Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you my classic review that I used to do on Mondays but I stopped for many reasons, however today I could take some time to do it again, so, without more to add, let's hit it, the theme are some recent releases that I want to show you with my opinion about them, let's start!

El día de hoy les traigo mi clásica reseña que solía hacer los lunes pero que detuve por muchos motivos, sin embargo hoy pude sacar algo de tiempo para poder hacerla de nuevo, así que, sin más que agregar, vamos a darle, la temática son algunos estrenos recientes que quiero mostrarles con mi opinión sobre ellos, ¡comencemos! 1.- Creepy Nuts - Mirage

I start this review with one of the craziest tracks I've heard this year but it was more than amazing, because I would have never imagined an Afrobeat in Japanese, but **Creepy Nuts** is one of those bands that keep breaking the rules, so it's not too far fetched to think that they were going to do something like this at some point. After their big hits like **Bling Bang Bang** for the **Mashle** series and **Otonoke** for the **Dan Da Dan** series, we were all waiting for their next release and they decided to go for the afro roots to bring us this amazing masterpiece, with their particular style, musically it's a gem. What sticks in your head the most is the chorus, the craziest thing is that at the beginning you can't imagine that it will be an afrobeat because it sounds more like it will be something pop, but then they combine those guitars with the beat and let the magic happen, the rest is pure delight.

Comienzo esta reseña con uno de los temas más locos que he escuchado este año pero que ha sido más que increíble, porque jamás me habría imaginado un Afrobeat en japonés, pero **Creepy Nuts** es de esos grupos que se la pasan rompiendo las reglas, por lo que no es tampoco demasiado descabellado pensar en que iban a hacer algo como esto en algún momento. Luego de sus grandes éxitos como **Bling Bang Bang** para la serie **Mashle** y **Otonoke** para la serie **Dan Da Dan**, todos estábamos a la espera de su próximo lanzamiento y decidieron irse pro las raíces afro para traernos esta obra maestra increíble, con su estilo particular, musicalmente es una joya. Lo que más se te queda en la cabeza es el estribillo, lo más loco es que al principio no te imaginas que será un afrobeat porque suena más a que será algo más pop, pero luego combinan esas guitarras con el beat y dejan que la magia suceda, lo demás es puro deleite. 2.- BLACKPINK - Jump

If the previous song was crazy, I think this one is twice as crazy, especially knowing that we are talking about a **K-Pop** group doing a Tomorrowland level EDM song, the chorus of this song is crazy that makes you move your body like crazy and dance too much but it's not something we were used to when listening to **BLACKPINK**. The music video seemed to me curious as a concept, basically the girls infected the whole planet with a "zombie" virus that makes people want to move uncontrollably and dance to no end when listening to the chorus, something that could happen to all of us who were in a concert of them listening to this song, almost completely safe, I thought it was pretty cool. Another curious thing is that Koreans do not usually create music with this kind of rhythms, however, EDM music usually has many elements of pop music, so it does not seem to me a very crazy mix, I feel that the girls' voices achieved the task, although at first it may be a little strange.

Si la canción anterior era una locura, esta creo que es el doble, sobretodo sabiendo que estamos hablando de un grupo de **K-Pop** haciendo una canción de EDM nivel Tomorrowland, el estribillo de esta canción es una locura que te provoca mover el cuerpo como loco y bailar demasiado pero no es algo a lo que estábamos acostumbrados al escuchar a **BLACKPINK**. El vídeo musical me pareció curioso como concepto, básicamente las chicas infectaron al planeta entero con un virus "zombie" que hace que las personas quieran moverse sin control y bailar hasta más no poder al escuchar el estribillo, cosa que nos podría pasar a todos los que estuviéramos en un concierto de ellas escuchando esta canción, de forma casi completamente segura, me pareció bastante genial. Otra cosa curiosa es que los koreanos no suelen crear música con este tipo de ritmos, sin embargo, la música EDM suele tener muchos elementos de la música pop, por lo que no me parece una mezcla muy descabellada, siento que las voces de las chicas lograron el cometido, aunque al principio pueda ser un poco extraño. 3.- Gigi Mendez ft McKlopedia - Tradicional

I loved this song too much because even though many people may think negative things because of the slang used or Gigi's voice, I feel it is a very good song to dance to, with terms from my city that even though it sounds strange to some people, it gives me a lot of sense of belonging, since many Latin artists always want to imitate slang from other regions, but here we also have different styles that we can transfer to the music, so I really liked the idea. McKlopedia's idea of rhyming with Venezuelan sayings was not bad but I feel that I was expecting something different, it seems as if he did that to get out of the collaboration and that's it, knowing that he has done other incredible works in the past, I feel that here he could have given much more. Otherwise, the song seems to me a hit, too good to be in a club dancing with your friends all night, it has a lot of flavor for dancing, it surrounds you, the chorus and the pre-chorus are masterpieces, this song is epic.

Esta canción me encantó demasiado porque a pesar de que muchas personas puedan pensar cosas negativas por la jerga utilizada o por la voz de Gigi, siento que es una canción muy buena para bailar, con términos de mi ciudad que aunque a algunas personas les suene extraño, pues me da mucho sentido de pertenencia, ya que muchos artistas latinos quieren siempre imitar jergas de otras regiones, pero acá también tenemos estilos diferentes que podemos trasladar a la música, así que me gustó mucho la idea. La idea de McKlopedia de rimar con refranes venezolanos no estuvo mal pero siento que esperaba algo distinto, pareciera como si hubiera eso hecho para salir del paso en la colaboración y ya está, sabiendo que él ha hecho otros trabajos increíbles en el pasado, siento que aquí pudo haber dado mucho más. De resto, la canción me parece un hit, demasiado buena para estar en un local bailando con tus amigos toda la noche, tiene mucho sabor para el baile, te envuelve, el estribillo y el pre-coro son obras maestras, es épica esta canción. We close this review with a bachata that gives me many things to talk about, some positive, some not so much, but for the fact of speaking not only as someone who likes to listen to bachatas but also for someone who knows how to DANCE to bachata, so, knows the structure of a song that a dancer can enjoy. Mau and Ricky always seem like geniuses to me, Danny Ocean is a very versatile artist, but I feel that in this song, even though the melody is too catchy, I feel that the structure is strange, because the chorus seems like a pre-chorus and the pre-chorus has more of a chorus melody, the guitar at the end is the famous "descargue" of bachata and it happens at the end, so it doesn't allow the dancer to enjoy some free steps during the interpretation, it's a bachata made to be listened but not to be danced, so, I like it but I don't love it with madness.

Cerramos esta reseña con una bachata que me da muchas cosas para hablar, algunas positivas, algunas no tanto, pero por el hecho de hablar no solo como alguien que le gusta escuchar bachatas sino también por alguien que sabe BAILAR a la bachata, por lo que, conoce la estructura de una canción que puede disfrutar un bailador. Mau y Ricky me parecen siempre unos genios, Danny Ocean es un artista muy versátil, pero siento que en esta canción, a pesar de que la melodía es demasiado pegajosa, siento que la estructura es extraña, porque el estribillo parece un pre-coro y el pre-coro tiene más melodía de coro, la guitarra del final es el famoso "descargue" de la bachata y ocurre es al final, entonces no da pie para que el bailador disfrute de unos pasos libres durante la interpretacion, es una bachata hecha para ser escuchada pero no para ser bailada, entonces, me gusta pero no la amo con locura.
