¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo mi clásica reseña para empezar la semana con energía, la temática para hoy tiene que ver con una artista que realmente disfruto escuchar y que muchas personas podrían pensar que no está dentro de mis gustos, pero sí, en efecto amo escuchar a **Sabrina Carpenter** porque me parece una artista muy versátil y amo demasiado lo sexual que puede ser pero sin ser vulgar, es como si ella fuera sexual pero como si fuera un juego, ya sea con juegos de palabras, analogías, etc. Escuché hace poco el álbum nuevo que lanzó, el cuál lleva como nombre **Men's Best Friend** y es muy gracioso todo el trabajo que ha realizado para viralizarlo, al punto de que, inclusive muchas mujeres la han criticado porque piensan que se está denigrando pero hasta los momentos solo he visto en sus letras que está hablando sobre realidades que viven las mujeres y lo expresa en música de una forma muy ingeniosa. I start my review with this GREAT song that has elements that really caught my attention, first of all, is the eighties vibe it has, it reminds me a lot of the **Michael Jackson** style songs with those synthesizers too much of the time and the analog sound, obviously the voice and the concept are nothing alike but you know what I mean. Another thing I liked is the analogy of the house in relation to the body, she talks to a guy telling him she will give him a tour of her house when this refers to letting him explore her body intimately, I find it a pretty clever lyric to tell someone you want to be intimate. I've always been too much of a lover of concepts and as a product this song seems totally perfect to me, the wordplay, the analogies, the melodies, everything is just too well done.

Comienzo mi reseña con este TEMAZO que tiene elementos que realmente me llamaron mucho la atención, en primer lugar, es la onda ochentera que tiene, me recuerda mucho a las canciones estilo **Michael Jackson** con esos sintetizadores demasiado de la época y el sonido análogo, obviamente la voz y el concepto no se parecen en nada pero ustedes me entienden. Otra cosa que me gustó es la analogía de la casa con respecto al cuerpo, ella le habla a un chico diciéndole que le dará un tour por su casa cuando esto se refiere a que le dejará explorar su cuerpo íntimamente, me parece una letra bastante ingeniosa para decirle a alguien que quieres tener intimidad. Siempre he sido demasiado amante de los conceptos y como producto esta canción me parece totalmente perfecta, los juegos de palabras, las analogías, las melodías, todo está demasiado bien hecho. Something curious about this song, is that you read the title and you imagine something that has to do with sadness, because it talks about tears, but knowing Sabrina, it is hard not to imagine something else and believe me, it is exactly what you can imagine as a concept. This song seems to me to have the best chorus of the whole album, the most catchy and enveloping that makes you want to listen to the song a thousand times; something I also love about this song is the end of the video, because Sabrina uses her own concept and breaks the 4th barrier to tell the actor who is with her that he must die because in all her videos "a man must die", giving it that funny touch that we could see in characters like deadpool for example. It makes me laugh a lot how Sabrina's sexual concept really gets to the point of joking about other topics, like in this case, she talks about tears but being close to that person makes her shed tears between her legs, therefore, it has nothing to do with sadness, it's too funny that idea as a concept, I feel that she is a very different artist from the rest because of that.

Algo curioso sobre esta canción, es que lees el título y te imaginas algo que tenga que ver con tristeza, pues habla sobre lágrimas, pero conociendo a Sabrina, es difícil no imaginar otra cosa y créanme, es exactamente eso que se pueden imaginar como concepto. Esta canción me parece que tiene el mejor estribillo de todo el álbum, el más pegajoso y envolvente que hace que quieras escuchar la canción una y mil veces; algo que también me encanta de esta canción es el final del vídeo, porque Sabrina utiliza su propio concepto y rompe la 4ta barrera para decirle al actor que está con ella que debe morir porque en todos sus vídeos "debe morir un hombre", dándole ese toque chistoso que podríamos ver en personajes como deadpool por ejemplo. Me da mucha risa el cómo de verdad el concepto sexual de Sabrina llega a puntos de bromear con respecto a otros temas, como en este caso, que habla de las lágrimas pero de que el estar cerca de esa persona le hace botar lágrimas entre las piernas, por ende, no tiene nada que ver con tristeza, es demasiado gracioso esa idea como concepto, siento que ella es una artista muy distinta al resto por ello. 3.- Manchild

This is supposed to be the "hit" song of the album, it's the first single released that gave the opening to the great publicity work of the album, but I feel that, in spite of everything, it's not one of the best choruses she has done, however, it is musically more complex and more complete than the previous one mentioned. This song has pop elements that sound too much like the Sabrina Carpenter we heard on the previous album with songs like **Juno**, this could easily be a different way to present that song to us and the formula completely worked. I love how she describes an immature man and how it can negatively impact a woman but she does it in a way that no one realizes how serious the situation is because of the melody that doesn't have a tone that has anything negative to do with it, yet the lyrics say it all.

Esta se supone que es la canción "hit" del álbum, es el primer sencillo lanzado que le dió la apertura al gran trabajo publicitario del álbum, pero siento que, a pesar de todo, no es de los mejores estribillos que ha hecho, sin embargo, está musicalmente más complejo y más completo que el anterior mencionado. Esta canción tiene elementos pop que suenan demasiado a la Sabrina Carpenter que escuchamos en el álbum anterior con canciones como **Juno**, fácilmente esta podría ser una manera distinta de presentarnos esa canción y la fórmula funcionó por completo. Me encanta como ella describe a un hombre inmaduro y el cómo este puede impactar de forma negativa a una mujer pero lo hace de una manera que nadie se de cuenta de lo grave de la situación por la melodía que no tiene un tono que tenga que ver con algo negativo, sin embargo la letra lo dice todo. This song seems to me incredibly ingenious as a song to say goodbye to a man who hurt her, who failed her or who she wants to get out of her life for whatever reason, I like the fact that it plays with languages with the same word that makes its title and also, the fact of mentioning what can hurt a man the most to lose over a woman, like her company, her body, etc, a good chorus and a good lyric to say goodbye to that toxic person.

Esta canción me parece increíblemente ingeniosa como para ser una canción para despedirse de un hombre que la lastimó, que le falló o que quiere sacar de su vida por el motivo que sea, me gusta el hecho de que juegue con los idiomas con la misma palabra que le hace título y además, el hecho de mencionar lo que más le puede doler a un hombre de perder sobre una mujer, como su compañía, su cuerpo, etc, un buen estribillo y una buena letra para decirle adiós a esa persona tóxica. **Sabrina Carpenter** seems to me a very complete artist, and although many people criticize her saying that she is just a generational dumb blonde or a "pick me girl", I feel she goes much further, to me she is a commercial genius who knows the type of product she has and knows how to sell it, she knows her concept and her brand very well and she makes releases that never go out of their established limits, she is a genius. So far I haven't seen products from her that are of poor quality so I always have very good expectations of her and I hope she always stays that way because of the pop artists of today she is my favorite. **Sabrina Carpenter** me parece una artista muy completa, y aunque muchas personas le critican diciendo que ella es solo una rubia tonta generacional o una "pick me girl", siento que va mucho más allá, para mí ella es una genio comercial que sabe el tipo de producto que tiene y sabe cómo venderlo, conoce muy bien su concepto y su marca y realiza lanzamientos que nunca salen de sus límites establecidos, es una genio. Hasta ahora no he visto productos de ella que sean de mala calidad por lo que siempre tengo muy buenas expectativas sobre ella y espero que siempre se mantenga de esa manera porque de las artistas pop de la actualidad es mi favorita.
