Today we are going to talk a little about one of the most beautiful video games I've ever played in my life, one of the most therapeutic I've been able to enjoy to the fullest, to the point of having made me spend hours playing totally immersed in the gameplay, to realize after about 6 or 7 hours that passed without heaviness, by the amount of peace that made me feel. Yes, today we are going to talk about **Stardew Valley**; for those who do not know it, the theme is simple, we are people trapped in an office job that we hate, but following the death of our grandfather, we inherit a farm house in the town of **Stardew Valley**, a place full of very particular personalities in a very nice town, very colorful and full of many activities to spend time. Something beautiful is the fact that you have several ways to be able to make your economy, you can focus on **Agriculture** through the planting and harvesting of fruits and vegetables, besides the fact that you can use some additional tools to produce products derived from your crops, an example would be to harvest some fruits and then pass them through a **packing machine** to create jams from it. There are different types of products that you can sow, there are also two interesting systems, an automation system as you advance in the story in which you can build automatic irrigators and use all your creativity to work the land as you want, and a system of seasons in which all products vary, that is, there are specific seeds that you can only sow in certain seasons to avoid damaging your fruit or vegetable.

Since I came to **Stardew Valley**, something that caught my attention was the fact that we could also base our economy on the breeding of animals to produce food products derived from them, that is, we can have **birds** that produce eggs and make mayonnaise with them, these birds range from chickens, ducks, ostriches to dinosaurs (a curious and witty wink as dinosaurs are considered to be the ancestors of the current birds). We can even have an incubator where we can bring to life other animals that come from the eggs, such as other chickens, ostriches and others, something funny is the fact that these animals must exist in a pen where they can live with others of the same type and we must keep them cared for because as we improve the friendship and affection with our farm animal, their products are sold more expensive.

Then, depending on the type of bird that has left the egg, we can make mayonnaise of any kind, then we move on to the **rumiantes**, we can have cows, pigs, sheep, goats, among others, these will not only give us edible products that can also be processed to have other types of more industrialized edible products, but they can also give you other types of products such as wool from sheep, which can also be used to create clothes that you can also sell or you can wear to make your character look different, it's pretty cool the amount of possibilities we have at hand, that's why the game is so interesting and keeps us hooked. We have a huge amount of places that we can go inside the town, most of them are houses of the characters of the town, which are also very cool because they all have their own personalities, we also have the possibility to relate with them, even to get married and have children, there are both men and women who are without a partner with whom we can gain their trust and so on.

The game is a great thing about this is that, as we progress, we can specialize in various types of fishing, there is angling, classic fishing, or fishing with crab traps, with which we can catch some crustaceans, clams and so on. In real life I have been able to fish and I feel that it is a quite peaceful activity, it is not suitable for people who lose patience very quickly, in the game, it is a very curious mini game that requires a lot of concentration not to lose your fish, you have to have good reflexes.

After catching the fish, we can even perform a smoking process to improve the selling price, it is literally a very particular process, and engaging in any economic branch within the game requires making decisions and using very cool tools and gadgets that can help us with the objectives in this regard. **Stardew Valley** teaches you many important things, like taking care of your animals, giving them love every day so they can help you produce what you need, having dedication to whatever you do, which in this case translates to planting and harvesting, the fact that you have to meet people, socialize, that giving gifts can make others happy but can also make you happy, that life can be repetitive but you can give it your personal touch, everything is possible. If you ever feel too drowned with the problems of life, spend some time in **Stardew Valley**, I assure you that you will not regret it, you will let your imagination fly and you will start harvesting your Parsnips to make an incredible profit that you will then invest in more things for your little house and when you come to realize, you already have a farm worthy of peasant legends who enjoy being part of a very beautiful, very picturesque and very nice society. El día de hoy vamos a conversar un poco sobre uno de los videojuegos más hermosos que he podido jugado en mi vida, uno de los más terapéuticos que he podido disfrutar a cabalidad, al punto de haberme hecho pasar horas jugando totalmente sumergido en el gameplay, para darme cuenta luego de unas 6 o 7 horas que pasaron sin pesadez, por la cantidad de paz que me hacían sentir. Sí, hoy vamos a hablar sobre **Stardew Valley**; para los que no lo conocen, la temática es simple, somos personas atrapadas en un trabajo de oficina que detestamos, pero a raíz del fallecimiento de nuestro abuelo, nos heredan una casa-granja en el pueblo de **Stardew Valley**, un lugar lleno de personalidades muy particulares en un pueblo muy bonito, muy colorido y lleno de muchas actividades para pasar el tiempo. Algo hermoso es el hecho de que tienes diversas maneras de poder hacer tu economía, puedes enfocarte en la **Agricultura** a través de la siembra y cosecha de frutas y hortalizas, además del hecho de poder utilizar algunas herramientas adicionales para producir productos derivados de tus cosechas, un ejemplo sería cosechar algunas frutas y luego pasarlas por una **envasadora** para poder crear mermeladas de la misma. Hay diferentes tipos de productos que puedes sembrar, además también existen dos sistemas interesantes, un sistema de automatización a medida que vas avanzando en la historia en la que puedes construir regadores automáticos y utilizar toda tu creatividad para trabajar la tierra como tú quieras, y un sistema de estaciones en las cuáles todos los productos varían, es decir, hay semillas específicas que solo puedes sembrar en ciertas estaciones para que no se dañe tu fruta u hortaliza. Desde que llegué a **Stardew Valley**, algo que me llamó muchísimo la atención fue el hecho de que podíamos también basar nuestra economía en la cría de animales para producir productos alimenticios derivados de ellos, es decir, podemos tener **aves** que producen huevos y hacer mayonesa con ellos, dichas aves van desde gallinas, patos, avertruces hasta dinosaurios (un guiño curioso e ingenioso ya que se considera que los dinosaurios son los antepasados de las aves actuales). Podemos inclusive tener una incubadora en donde podemos traer a la vida a otros animales que provengan de los huevos, como otras gallinas, avestruces y demás, algo divertido es el hecho de que estos animales deben existir en un corral donde pueden habitar con los otros del mismo tipo y debemos mantenerlos cuidados porque a medida que mejoramos la amistad y el cariño con nuestro animal de granja, sus productos se venden más caros. Entonces, dependiendo del tipo de ave que haya dejado el huevo, podemos hacer mayonesas de cualquier índole, luego pasamos a los **rumiantes**, podemos tener vacas, cerdos, ovejas, cabras, entre otros, estos no solo nos darán productos comestibles que también pueden ser procesados para tener otros tipos de productos comestibles más industrializados, sino que también podrán darte otro tipo de productos como la lana de las ovejas, la cuál también se podrá utilizar para crear ropa que también puedes vender o puedes colocarte para que tu personaje se vea diferente, es bastante genial la cantidad de posibilidades que tenemos a la mano, por eso el juego es tan interesante y nos hace mantenernos enganchados. Tenemos una cantidad enorme de lugares que podemos recorrer dentro del pueblo, la mayoría son casas de los personajes del pueblo, los cuáles también son muy geniales porque tienen todos sus propias personalidades, además tenemos también la posibilidad de relacionarnos con ellos, inclusive para casarnos y tener hijos, existen tanto hombres como mujeres que están sin pareja con los que podemos ir ganándonos su confianza y demás. Ya hablamos sobre dos tipos de maneras de hacer economía, también tenemos una forma que es el hecho de dedicarnos a la pesca; algo genial sobre esto es que, a medida que vamos avanzando, podemos especializarnos en varios tipos de pesca, está la pesca con caña, la clásica, o la pesca con trampas de cangrejo, con la que podemos atrapar algunos crustáceos, almejas y demás. En la vida real he podido pescar y siento que es una actividad bastante pacífica, no es apta para personas que pierden la paciencia de forma muy rápida, en el juego, es un mini juego muy curioso que amerita mucha concentración para no perder a tu pez, hay que tener buenos reflejos. Luego de atrapar a los peces, podemos inclusive realizar un proceso de ahumado para mejorar el precio de venta, literalmente es un proceso muy particular, el dedicarte a cualquier rama económica dentro del juego amerita tomar decisiones y utilizar herramientas y artilugios muy geniales que nos pueden ayudar con los objetivos al respecto. **Stardew Valley** te enseña muchas cosas importantes, como el hecho de cuidar a tus animales, de darles amor todos los días para que ellos te ayuden a producir lo que necesitas, de tener dedicación a lo que sea que hagas, que en este caso se traduce al hecho de sembrar y cosechar, el hecho de que tienes que conocer personas, socializar, que el hecho de dar regalos puede hacer feliz a otros pero también puede hacerte feliz a ti, que la vida puede ser repetitiva pero tú puedes darle tu toque personal, todo es posible. Si alguna vez te sientes muy ahogado con los problemas de la vida, pásate un rato por **Stardew Valley**, te aseguro que no te vas a arrepentir, dejarás que tu imaginación vuele y comenzarás a cosechar tus Chirivías para hacer un profit increíble que luego invertirás en más cosas para tu casita y cuando te vengas a dar cuenta, ya tienes una granja digna de leyendas campesinas que disfrutan formar parte de una sociedad muy bonita, muy pintoresca y muy agradable.
