Character review: Kiki from Saint Seiya

Hello, my dear friends, I hope you are well. While I was talking about each of the golden saints, I also remembered a very beautiful and special character in the saga. He brought a touch of freshness, hope, and light to the series. In my opinion, he was the most important child character, and his personality gave the series a unique touch. I am talking about little Kiki, that very smiling, cheerful boy who gave hope to those who knew him and shared his life. We met him in the Sanctuary saga. He helped the Bronze Saints more than anyone else, guiding them to their master Mu, a Gold Saint with whom he had a very close relationship. He was his role model, his older brother, and Kiki was his disciple or squire.

As we know, both come from the same culture, which is evident in the two distinctive marks on their foreheads. They possess telekinetic powers, which makes them truly special, and they understand each other very well. The important thing about all this is that from a very young age, he always wanted to be present and fight or support the good. As we know, for Mu de Aires, he represents his continuity, his legacy, so to speak, since at a young age he demonstrated loyalty and honor to have the responsibility of being a Gold Saint in the future. Now, this does not happen in the anime or the manga, but it was possible in the spinoff.

As I mentioned earlier, despite his young age, he was always very talented, and let's not forget that he belongs to a very important group called the Jamir, which also includes Mu, and that's why he had very advanced abilities in terms of moving things and that super connection with the cosmos, something that not all characters have as strongly as he does.

He is a very cheerful little boy, and I must say that even though he is a main character, I liked the small role he was given in the series, that of being curious, mischievous, and at the same time hopeful, representing youth and succession. Of course, he inherited all of that from one of the best, his teacher. Kiki added a special touch to the story, which is why I loved talking about him.
