Actualmente estoy pasando por una recuperación de mis rodillas izquierda y derecha, otras veces ya lo he indicado en este espacio. Tengo un diagnostico de Plica Sinovial en ambas rodillas y esto al principio me evito caminar por casi dos semanas, pero mediante terapia física, terapia de equipos como el ultrasonido y la electroterapia me ayudaron pasito a pasito a poder caminar mejor, luego de un mes de terapia física, me coloqué también terapia de ozono. Hoy en día estoy bastante mejor, sin embargo; sigo recuperándome ya que no puedo hacer grandes esfuerzos físicos.
>I am currently going through a recovery of my left and right knees, as I have already indicated in this space. I have a diagnosis of synovial plaque in both knees and this at first prevented me from walking for almost two weeks, but through physical therapy, therapy equipment such as ultrasound and electrotherapy helped me step by step to walk better, after a month of physical therapy, I also placed ozone therapy. Today I am much better, however; I am still recovering since I cannot make great physical efforts.
No poder caminar de la misma manera de como lo hacia antes es una situación muy complicada que no solo afecta físicamente sino la mente.

¿Qué me enseñó esta situación? - What did this situation teach me?
Poder estar con esta condición me enseño el valor del tiempo, de la salud y el valor de las personas que te aman. El tiempo que muchas veces perdemos procrastinando para no iniciar con nuestros proyectos, el valor de poder tener salud para trabajar y hacer las cosas que nos hacen sentir útiles y capaces, la salud que es sin duda alguna una forma de estar feliz, y también como les indiqué el valor de las personas que te aman. Siempre he sabido que mi familia me ha apoyado siempre en todo lo que se me ha presentado en la vida, sin embargo poder tener esta condición me ha enseñado que no sabia cuanto me amaban y se preocupaban por mi. Fueron dias de madrugadas y de dinero invertido en la consulta con el traumatólogo, dias de preparación de remedios naturales de pociones de árnica, días de apoyo incondicional de mis familiares y amigos. Así que, a pesar del dolor físico y mental mi gente es mi pilar fundamental.
>Being able to be with this condition taught me the value of time, health and the value of the people who love you. The time we often waste procrastinating to not start our projects, the value of being able to have health to work and do the things that make us feel useful and capable, health is undoubtedly a way to be happy, and also as I indicated the value of the people who love you. I have always known that my family has always supported me in everything that has come my way in life, however being able to have this condition has taught me that I did not know how much they loved and cared for me. They were days of early mornings and money invested in the consultation with the orthopedic surgeon, days of preparation of natural remedies of arnica potions, days of unconditional support from my family and friends. So, in spite of the physical and mental pain, my people are my fundamental pillar.
¿Qué sentido le das ahora? - What sense do you make of it now?
Bueno a pesar de aqun sigo con la condición, y que sinceramente es como estar en una montaña rusa de sentimientos y sensaciones. Tengo la mentalidad de seguir perseverando y enfocándome en mis metas.
>Well, despite the fact that I still have the condition, and that honestly it's like being on a roller coaster of feelings and sensations. I have the mentality to keep persevering and focusing on my goals.
***¿Cómo te ayudó a crecer o a ver la vida diferente? - How did it help you grow or see life differently?***
Es una etapa que me ha concentrado en buscar un horizonte dentro de mis capacidades, asi que voy por ello, aunque a veces me sienta mal. No diré que ya lo he superado, porque seria una mentira, hay veces que la tristeza llega en las noches, pero como lo he dicho tengo buenas personas a mi lado, asi que tengo mucha suerte tambien!
>It is a stage that has focused me to look for a horizon within my capabilities, so I go for it, although sometimes I feel bad. I won't say that I'm over it, because it would be a lie, there are times when sadness comes at night, but as I said I have good people by my side, so I'm very lucky too!
***Después de esta condición me he propuesto en sacar mi propia linea de ropa antes de que termine el año, asi que pasito a pasito desde casa y a mi propio ritmo voy caminando y lo haré posible!***
