We used to visit other cities on different buses since school life, so when we went to our college, all our friends had planned to travel by train. We did not know that this journey would be like this. People had told us that we should travel by train and that we get a very good experience here. So, there were about 10 of us in total and we had booked our tickets. We did not have much information about it. We had thought that this time we would travel in economy class because in the AC train, the AC part is there, we cannot open the windows, so then the train journey cannot be enjoyed.
So, we had booked economy class tickets. There are two systems for booking tickets. One is that tickets are booked which only provide seats and there are some which have some We didn't know about the place where we could travel lying down, so we bought direct tickets and after a few hours our journey was about to start, so we took our luggage and went to the train, when we saw that there were more people than seats and there was so much rush in the train that there was not enough space for one person and so many people were in it,
There was this system here that people didn't even have tickets and people were traveling without tickets, that's why there was so much rush and we were so scared to see this system because this was our first experience in life, so here we had heard that things would be much better, so these people used to travel like this, they got on from one station without tickets and got off at another station Whenever someone came to check,
These people would go to the washroom and then as soon as a train compartment was checked, they would return. The most disturbing thing that struck us here was that there was no arrangement for a washroom here. In the washroom of a train, there was a system that you had to sit there and take a washroom, and your washroom was directly going down onto the stones of the track. There was no system to collect this waste and throw it in one place. Seeing this, we were very worried and saddened and decided that we would never travel by train again in our lives.
Our bags were lying there and then some of us friends went down to a station to get food. Some friends were sitting there but they were talking in their heads. We had some special things in our bags like power banks and a couple of mobile phones were also in our bags. Most of the people who were there come here to get such things and they steal them. And our mobile phone and two power banks were also stolen from there.
Then we had also complained but they were not found, so our experience was quite bad and this is the effort that we will never travel by train, especially from our city to another city, and it is a fact that we were going from Multan to Islamabad and this was not a good journey for us at all. Last week, due to some busy schedules and flooding, I was unable to post in this community. This is my effort, and I will post regularly from next week.
