Hi there. I share a booster box opening of the Korean version of Pokemon TCG's Black Bolt set.
The price of English booster boxes and packs are around 200 to 350 CAD per box in my area. As of late, Japanese booster boxes have gone up in price to around 160 CAD per box.
Korean Pokemon packs are the next option. If you are going for non English packs, Korean is much cheaper than Japanese (at least in the Toronto area.)
Black Bolt Korean Booster Packs
This Korean Booster box of Black Bolt was 70 CAD. This was more for my brother who wanted to open packs.
This box was the last one in stock at the store I go to often when I visit Toronto.

There are 20 packs in each booster box. In each pack you get 7 cards. As White Flare and Black Bolt are high class sets, you are guaranteed one rare card or better in each pack.
There is a provided poster.
Pokemon ex Pulls
Here were the 5 Pokemon ex pulls out of 20 packs.
Top left is the full art Meloetta ex, top middle is Serperior ex and the top right is the regular Meloetta ex.
Bottom middle in yellow is the regular Zekrom ex with Kyurem ex in blue at the bottom right.
Art Rares
There were 4 art rares with 1 Master Ball card from 20 packs.
At the top left, it is the Pawniard Master Ball card. Top middle is Victini with Tranquill at the top right.
Vullaby is at the bottom left along with Munna.
Note that Vullaby in English is in White Flare but it is Black Bolt in Japan and Korea. Kind of confusing.
Closing Notes
In the White Flare booster box, we got the Reshiram ex Black & White Rare. This was really lucky. With this Black Bolt Korean booster box, no Black monochrome Zekrom ex. We did get some nice art cards. I do like the Victini pull.
As Korean booster boxes are much cheaper than Japanese and English boxes, it is worth considering if you want to pull packs and chase some art cards. If you are Korean in Korea, I guess the Pokemon TCG pricing is really affordable there.
Hit rates seem good. From our Black Bolt box we got 5 Pokemon ex and 5 illustration art rares out of 20 packs. A 50% chance of getting better than a rare card. I don't know if every booster box has this 50% Pokemon ex or art rare rate.
