Hi there. I share a booster box opening of the Korean version of Pokemon TCG's White Flare set.
English booster boxes and packs are out of control in price at 200 to 350 CAD per box, Japanese booster boxes have gone up in price to around 160 CAD per box. Korean Pokemon packs are the next option. If you are going for non English packs, Korean is much cheaper than Japanese (at least in the Toronto area.)
White Flare Korean Booster Packs
This Korean Booster box of White Flare was 70 CAD at this store I usually go to for shopping and for playing Pokemon TCG when I visit Toronto's Chinatown area. This booster box was more for my brother as he was itching to pull packs without breaking the bank with buying English packs.

In the booster box, there are 20 packs. In each pack you get 7 cards. As White Flare and Black Bolt are high class sets, you are guaranteed one rare card or better in each pack. We later find out that you also get an additional reverse holo rare card that has Pokeball markings or a Master Ball marking.
From the box, you get a collection list to keep track of what you pulled from the set.
Pokemon ex Pulls
There were some Pokemon ex pulls from this box. Here is what came from the packs.
Top middle is Keldeo ex, top right is Hydreigon ex. On the bottom row starting from the left is Whimsicott ex, Reshiram ex and Bouffalant ex.
Art Rares
Ignore the bottom right Whimsicott ex green card. The art pulls were Levanny top left, Ducklett top middle, Rufflet top right and Gothita on the bottom left.
A Very Special Pull
Before the 10th pack opening out of 20, we got a special pull. I actually went "Holy shit!" when this appeared.
This was the Black & White Rare of Reshiram ex. This is one of the top 5 rarest cards from both Black Bolt & White Flare sets.
The English version of this is at least 500 CAD, the Japanese one could be a few hundred less versus the English one. The Korean price of this would be at least 200 CAD in my estimation. Very good from a 70 CAD Korean booster box. This was the last White Flare booster box the store had in stock.
Closing Notes
This booster box opening was enjoyable overall. If the special Reshiram ex did not appear then maybe this booster box was a bust. Getting a card worth more than the 70 CAD Korean booster box is very good.
In a previous post, I did mention in the Battle Partners Korean booster box opening that is much cheaper to get Korean Pokemon cards versus English. I do recommend getting Korean booster packs if you want to pull some art cards and try to chase rare cards.
