Here is some more photos from mine and @plantstoplanks trip to North Carolina. The third stop on our trip was at the The North Carolina Arboretum.

The North Carolina Arboretum is an arboretum and botanical garden located within the Bent Creek Experimental Forest of the Pisgah National Forest at 100 Frederick Law Olmsted Way, southwest of Asheville, North Carolina near the Blue Ridge Parkway.

This place was massive, lots of hiking trails everywhere to explore, and they had these metal sculptures scattered throughout the park.

After we left the park we made a stop at theFrench Broad Overlook on Blue Ridge Parkway.

Unfortunately Blue Ridge Parkway was closed, but at least we were able to park and walk along the road. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a National Parkway in the United States, noted for its scenic beauty. The parkway, which is America's longest linear park, runs for 469 miles through 29 Virginia and North Carolina counties, linking Shenandoah National Park to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is one of the most famous roads in the USA!

It was fun walking this road with no cars in sight!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the Sasquatch again, can you see them in the picture above? Probably not, but you will just have to take my word for it, there were 4 of them walking in the middle of the road in the distance. Since the road was closed they did not have to worry about getting hit by a car ;)

I also made a video of these pics https://youtu.be/NDVPZXt_r6Y

Thanks for checking out my photos!
