A tuna pizza with vegetables and spinach is a delicious option that I was encouraged to prepare to participate in this week's hive Top Chef contest that has canned tuna as the main ingredient, normally I only combine tuna with onion and tomato to make a salad. But this time, I wanted to experiment with the freshness of colorful vegetables like bell bell pepper, carrot and onion as the base for the pizza and to complement the base mix, I used spinach and melted cheese, the canned tuna and tomato slices. This recipe is not only easy to prepare, but also nutritious. Plus, you can customize it by adding your favorite toppings. I hope you can enjoy this tasty and colorful pizza! As much as we do.

Una pizza de atún con vegetales y espinaca es una deliciosa opción que me animé a preparar para participar  en el concurso de hive Top Chef de esta semana que tiene como ingrediente principal el atún en lata,  normalmente solo combino el atún con cebolla y tomate para hacer una ensalada. Pero esta vez, quise experimentar con la frescura de vegetales coloridos como pimiento, zanahoria y cebolla como base para la pizza y como complemento de la  mezcla de la base, utilicé espinaca y queso derretido, la lata de atún y rodajas de tomate. Esta receta no solo es fácil de preparar, sino también nutritiva. Además, puedes personalizarla añadiendo tus ingredientes favoritos. ¡Espero puedan disfrutar de esta sabrosa y colorida pizza! INGREDIENTS//INGREDIENTES:

For the pizza base 🍕:

2 tablespoons of wheat flour. 1 canned tuna. 3 eggs. 1 pinch of salt. 1 bunch of spinach. Butter to grease the tray. 1 white onion. 1 tablespoon of salt. Oregano to taste. 1 carrot. 1 red bell pepper. 1/2 bunch of parsley. 2 tablespoons oil.

Toppings for the pizza:🍕

4 slices of mozzarella cheese. oregano to taste. 1 sliced tomato.

Para la base de la pizza 🍕:

• 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo.

• 1 atún en lata.

• 3 huevos.

• 1 pizca de sal.

• 1 manojo de espinacas.

• Mantequilla para untar la bandeja.

• 1 cebolla blanca.

• 1 cucharada de sal.

• Orégano al gusto.

• 1 zanahoria.

• 1 pimiento rojo.

• 1/2 manojo de perejil.

• 2 cucharadas de aceite.

Toppings para la pizza:🍕

• 4 rodajas de queso mozzarella.

• orégano al gusto.

• 1 tomate en rodajas.

Now I am going to cut the bunch of parsley into small pieces and set aside.

Seguimos con el tomate, lo picamos en ruedas y reservamos.

Seguidamente, lavamos la zanahoria, quitamos la piel y rallamos por la parte gruesa del rallador manual.

After having chopped all the vegetables, we move to the pan, add the tablespoons of oil, let it heat and add one by one the vegetables, spinach and parsley to sauté and let it cook very well.

Después de tener picado todos los vegetales, trasladamos a la sartén, agrego las cucharadas de aceite dejó que caliente y agrego uno a uno los vegetales, la espinaca y el perejil para saltear y dejar que se cocine muy bien.

Separate the eggs in a separate container to discard any damaged ones, then beat them and add them to the vegetables together with the parsley.

Separamos los huevos en un envase aparte para descartar alguno dañado, luego los batimos y lo agregamos a los vegetales junto al perejil.

Once the sauté is ready, grease the pan with butter and add the wheat flour, stir with the help of a spoon and flatten well until it is spread all over the pan.

Luego de estar listo el salteado, engrasamos de mantequilla la bandeja y agregamos, esté, adicionamos la harina de trigo, removemos, con la ayuda de una cuchara, aplastamos muy bien hasta extender por toda la bandeja.

Now add the canned tuna, but first remove the liquid from it.

Ahora agregamos el atún en lata, pero antes quitamos el líquido que trae.

After expanding the tuna, we also add the tomato sauce.

Después de expandir el atún también agregamos la salsa de tomate.

Now add the toppings, mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes.

Ahora agregamos los toppings, el queso mozzarella y los tomates en rodajas.

Transfer the tray to the oven previously heated at 180° Celsius for 15 minutes.

Trasladamos la bandeja al horno previamente encendido a 180° centígrados por 15 minutos.

Once the time has elapsed, we remove our delicious tuna pizza with vegetables and spinach from the oven.

Pasado el tiempo, retiramos del horno nuestra deliciosa pizza de atún con vegetales y espinaca.
