A few days ago, I decided to spend some time in the city there, which is the capital of the neighboring province and is 30 km from my hometown.
To get there, I had to take a bus, which takes approximately 45 minutes to reach your destination. I liked taking the bus because I didn't have to drive, something I sometimes hate about having to worry about behind the wheel of the road.
Hace unos días decidí ir a hacer un rato por la ciudad de allá que es la capital de la provincia vecina y se encuentra a 30 km de mi ciudad. Para ir hasta esa ciudad tuve que tomarme un colectivo el cuál demora aproximadamente 45 minutos en llegar hasta tu destino. Me gustó tomarme colectivo porque no tuve que conducir es algo que a veces detesto ser tener que estar pendiente del volante de la ruta.
To enjoy the day there in Paraná, I brought my mate set and guitar. Mate lovers in that city are so passionate about it that they even have a national day of celebration, with gatherings on the waterfront packed with people.
Para disfrutar del día allí en Paraná me llevé mi equipo de mate y la guitarra. En esa ciudad son muy amantes del mate tanto que incluso tienen un día del año en el cual se celebra a nivel nacional y se hacen encuentros en la costanera donde se llena de gente.
When I arrived, I walked to one of the plazas at the end of the pedestrian street. I sat on a bench in front of the water fountain and enjoyed the sun while drinking mate.
After a few mates and playing the guitar, I noticed a fine arts museum a few meters away, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit it. I haven't visited the other museum, which is a national history museum located a few meters away, at least five times, but this was my first time.
Cuando llegue caminé hasta una de las plazas que se encuentran al final de la peatonal. Me senté en un banco frente a la fuente de agua y disfruté del sol mientras tomaba mates. Después de unos cuantos mates y tocar la guitarra, vi que a unos metros se encontraba un museo de bellas artes y no podía dejar pasar la oportunidad de visitarlo ya que al otro museo que se encuentra a unos pocos metros y es de historia nacional no he visitado al menos unas cinco veces pero este era la primera vez.
Inside the museum, I wasn't allowed to bring my mate, so I had to leave a ticket and wander around the entire museum on my own.
The museum is divided into sections, and in different locations, there were works of certain characteristics. There were some works that I found very interesting because they were constructions made from simple objects like pieces of plastic, and in another section, I found works that, to me, made no sense because they were barbed wire with hair.
Dentro del museo no me permitieron ingresar con el mate así que tuve que dejar una entrada y recorrer tranquilamente por todo el museo para mí. El museo está sectorizado y en diferentes lugares se encontraban obras de ciertas características. Hubo algunas obras que me parecieron muy interesantes porque eran construcciones con formas a partir de objetos tan simples como trozos de plástico y en otro sector encontré obras que en lo personal carecían de sentido porque era alambre de púas con pelo.
One of the areas I liked most was the one where the paintings by very ancient artists were displayed. Many of these paintings were over 100 years old, and the space was fully air-conditioned to prevent deterioration. One painting that particularly captivated me was that of a woman because the dimensions were practically the same as those of a human.
On the other hand, most of the paintings were incredible, they had a lot of details and another very striking one in the place was a painting that occupied around 3 m high by 5 m wide and in short, it was a wall painted on the canvas and yet it was more than 100 years old. All the paintings had a description of the captured event and what the artist wanted to tell; for this immense painting, the artist captured a moment in which the bourgeoisie enjoyed watching the gauchos ride horses.
Uno de los sectores que más me gustó fue donde se encontraron las pinturas de artistas muy antiguos. Muchas de estas pinturas contaban con más de 100 años de antigüedad y el ambiente estaba totalmente climatizado para evitar su deterioro. Una pintura que me cautió bastante fue la de una mujer porque el cuadro tenía dimensiones prácticamente iguales a la de un humano. Por otro lado la mayoría de los cuadros eran increíbles tenían muchísimos detalles y otro muy impactante en el lugar fue un cuadro que ocupaba alrededor de 3 m de altura por 5 de ancho y resumidas cuentas era una pared pintada sobre el lienzo y aún así con más de 100 años de antigüedad. Todos los cuadros tenían acostado una descripción sobre el evento capturado y lo que quiso contar el artista, para esta pintura inmensa el artista capturó un momento en el que la burguesía disfrutaba de cómo los gauchos montaban caballos
