Crust
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1/3 cup White Sugar
- 6 tbsp Butter, melted
Directions
- Mix ingredients together
- Press into pie plate
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 7 minutes
- Cool completely
Pie (no-bake)
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
- ½ cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
- ½ cup Milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- ¼ cup Finely Chopped Peanuts (optional)
Directions
- Whip cream cheese until soft & fluffy
- Beat in confectioners sugar and peanut butter until smooth
- Slowly add milk until thoroughly combined
- Fold whipped topping into peanut butter mixture
- Pour into pie crust
- Top with chopped peanuts, if desired
- Freeze
