Hi Hivers, Do you agree with me that when we set foot in a land we always learn new things? And there are also lands that remind us of something. I have just come to such a land, which is Hoa Cheo Phin. Hoa Cheo Phin is a small hamlet of Ta Su Choong commune, Hoang Su Phi district, Ha Giang province. I had the opportunity to come here during my trip to discover the beauty of Hoang Su Phi in the rice season. Actually I didn't know at first and put it in my roadmap. During my motorbike ride from Nhung village to Luoc village, I stopped for a drink at a roadside pub. And fortunately a local told me about Hoa Cheo Phin. Following her instructions, I later reached Hoa Cheo Phin. And it is certainly a place well worth a visit.
Like most other villages in Ha Giang, Hoa Cheo Phin is a small village located in the middle of the mountain. With completely mountainous terrain, people in Hoa Cheo Phin have no choice but to cultivate on terraced rice fields. This is the ripe rice season in Ha Giang in general and Hoa Cheo Phin in particular. The landscape of Hoa Cheo Phin in the afternoon is as beautiful as a picture. Don't forget to check in with a tower on the side of the road there. From there you can get a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. Occasionally you will also see buffaloes grazing leisurely by the roadside. The golden terraces put a coat on the small village. It is a coat of the beauty of nature, of man's hard work, and of affluence in the coming harvest.
And the thing that makes me happiest when I visit Hoa Cheo Phin is meeting the kids there. It seems like my childhood memories came back when I saw us playing together at the tower. They are innocent boys living in a remote mountain area. They probably haven't been exposed to modern devices like computers, smartphones, video games...And certainly there aren't modern playgrounds for them there either. But they lead a simple and happy life. Their play area can be everywhere, they can play right on the road, in the trees or on the backs of the buffalo... I also had childhoods like them, and I think my childhood was probably the best time of my life. Unfortunately that's something a lot of city kids these days don't have. Looking at the radiant faces of the children at Hoa Cheo Phin, I know that people there have a peaceful life and are in harmony with nature. That is probably the life many busy city dwellers aspire to.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I hope you enjoy Hoa Cheo Phin too. And if you have the opportunity to visit Ha Giang, don't miss it. Have a nice day!
