I love cold dishes so I took the opportunity to prepare some of this, the dish I prepared was accompanied with: cheese, salami, olives, onion and cucumber, mushrooms, chorizo also for and a vinaigrette 🍅 a delight and as a drink a delicious wine 🍷 I have learned new techniques which I have been applying, the truth is it was very tasty and super nice, it was a special dinner.
