This is my first time making this dessert, as Brigadeiro is a typical Brazilian dessert. The ingredients used were:
♡ 400g condensed milk.
♡ 200g heavy cream.
♡ 4 tablespoons powdered milk.
♡ 1 tablespoon margarine.
♡ Lots of strawberries.
>Este postre es la primera vez elaborandolo ya que el Brigadeiro es algo típico de Brasil, los ingredientes usados han sido los siguientes:
>♡ 400 gr de leche condensada.
♡ 200 gr de crema de leche.
♡ 4 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
♡ 1 cucharada de margarina.
♡ Muchas fresas.
🍓 **Step 1:** The first step is to make the Brigadeiro. For this, we place the ingredients in a pot: condensed milk, cream, powdered milk, margarine, and place over low heat. Mix until you have a thick consistency that will thicken our dessert. Then, we proceed to turn off the heat.
🍓 **Step 2:** The next step is to place it on a tray and spread it with a spatula, placing the strawberry slices on top 🍓 as seen in the photos.
>🍓 **Paso 1:** El primer paso será realizar el Brigadeiro para esto colocamos en una olla los ingredientes en este caso: Leche condensada, crema de leche, leche en polvo, margarina y colocamos a fuego lento y mezclamos hasta tener una consistencia espesa que ya engrude nuestro dulce ahi procedemos a desligar el fuego.
>🍓 **Paso 2:** Lo siguiente será colocarlo en una bandeja y esparcirlo con una paleta colocando en la parte superior las rodajas de fresa 🍓 asi como se aprecia en las fotos.
The result was a Brigadeiro dessert with strawberries 🍓 The goal I had in mind was something else, but it didn't turn out as expected because the recipe didn't have the quantities I needed, but in the end I ended up with an exquisite and divine dessert. Failures aren't always all bad.
>Quedando de esta manera un dulce de Brigadeiro con fresas 🍓 el objetivo que tenia en mente era otro mas no salio como lo esperaba porque la receta no tenia las cantidades que precisaba pero al final termino un postre exquisito y divino, de los fracasos no siempre todo es malo.
