Good evening friends, I share a recipe that I prepare as a complete for today's lunch 👩🏻🍳 it consists of some delicious roasted potatoes in my house they have liked a lot.

I remember that a few months ago I shared different potato recipes and this is a new one that I undoubtedly also liked 😜 to make this recipe I used the following ingredients:
✓Potatoes.
✓Cives.
✓Cilantro.
✓Sal.
✓Pepper.
✓Oregano.
>Recuerdo que algunos meses atrás compartí diferentes recetas de papas y esta es una nueva que sin duda también me ha gustado 😜 para la elaboración de esta receta utilice los siguientes ingredientes:

✓Cebollin.
✓Cilantro.
✓Sal.
✓Pimienta.
✓Oregano.
Start by washing and removing the shell of the potatoes, then proceeded to cut them into small squares as shown in the following photographs:
>Inicie lavando y retirando la concha de las papas, luego procedi a cortarlas en pequeños cuadros como muestro en las siguientes fotografías:
Then I proceeded to cook the potatoes in salted water until they were a little soft, then I proceeded to drain with the help of a strainer:

When they were drained, I proceeded to place them in a pot and add the other ingredients such as: pepper, salt, oregano, a touch of garlic sauce and finally the coriander and chives.
>Al estar escurridas procedi a colocarlas en una olla y agregar los otros ingredientes como: la pimienta, la sal, el orégano, un toque de salsa de ajo y por último el cilantro y el cebollín.
Finally he simmered and cooked for a couple of minutes, thus obtaining delicious potatoes 🥔👩🏻🍳
