it another week of beautiful experiences....and I believe we are all participating in our daily workout......
Sharing my walk experience to Work this morning.... started from the gate as usual.....down the tar road then through the bus stop over to the main road.....
it a beautiful day and I met a lot of happy people on the way.....this is my advice if you are a bus or vehicle type try maybe once or twice to walk to work, school, you will discover so much that you might not in a bus.....
That's by the way.....it was a 1 to 2km walk but it was smooth and easy.....with my flexible shoe....I got to work in no time even as some ounce of energy has left me I was happy I archive this.....
