Hello everybody! It's been a little while since my last post. It's been some hard times for me since I went through a rough existential crisis, but I have finally come back into the wild internet and this time I bring you something a little different than usual.
I attended the local " World Juggling Day " in my city, Tegucigalpa, Honduras and it was awesome. Even though not too many people attended, it was great to see the amazing talent we have in this country even though we aren't the most popular and we keep being neglected because of security issues, which honestly, is something of concern...
Anyways, here's proof that people keep trying, they don't give up. And what better way to showcase it than with juggling, which takes literally thousands of hours to master.
I am also a juggler myself, and even though I don't show up in the video since I recorded it myself, I did play with my poi, flower sticks and juggling clubs, and also by playing the drums during hours! I hadn't done any firedancing since new years eve! It's so good to have been part of this event, which to me was a lot of fun and made me feel good to share with people that are into one of my favorite pastimes of my life, but with different juggling props. I really have to get some practice poi to get into it again. They help to juggle all of the aspects of life.
So here is a video I filmed, edited and vfxed with some stock footage from Videezy. I also used music from Nortec Collective which I tried synced to the edit. It was a lot of work that I had to juggle with but it was very well worth it.

¡Hola a todos! Ha pasado un tiempo desde mi última publicación. Han sido tiempos difíciles para mí pues atravesé una crisis existencial muy fuerte, pero finalmente salí por el otro lado del agujero y he regresado al salvaje internet y esta vez les traigo algo un poco diferente a lo habitual.
Asistí al "Día Mundial del Malabarismo" en mi ciudad, Tegucigalpa, Honduras, y fue genial. Aunque no asistió mucha gente, fue genial ver el talento que tenemos en este país, a pesar de que no seamos los más populares y sigamos siendo ignorados debido a problemas de seguridad, lo cual honestamente sí es motivo de preocupación...
En fin, aquí hay pruebas de que la gente sigue intentando, no se rinde. Y qué mejor manera de mostrarlo que con el malabarismo, que literalmente lleva miles de horas dominar.
También soy malabarista, y aunque no aparezco en el video porque lo grabé yo mismo, jugué con mis poi, flowersticks y clavas, e incluso toqué los tambores durante horas. ¡No había jugado con fuego desde la víspera de Año Nuevo! Fue muy bueno haber sido parte de este evento, que para mí fue muy divertido y me hizo sentir bien compartir con personas que comparten una de mis pasiones favoritas de mi vida, aunque jugando con diferentes juguetes. Realmente necesito conseguir poi de práctica para retomar mis malabares. Realmente ayudan a malabarear todos los aspectos de la vida.
Aquí les presento un video que grabé, edité y realicé efectos visuales, utilizando algunas imágenes de archivo de Videezy. También utilicé música de Nortec Collective, tratando de sincronizarla con la edición. Fue mucho trabajo que tuve que malabarear, pero valió la alegría de hacerlo.
