Before stepping into this journey, I worked in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. For several years, I was part of the fast-paced world of customer service and support. At first, it was just a job, but over time, I realized how much that experience shaped who I am today. Working in BPO taught me patience, adaptability, and empathy. I learned how to handle different personalities, communicate clearly, and solve problems under pressure. Every call, every customer interaction, and every challenge contributed to my growth—not just as a professional but also as a person.

Now you might be wondering, how does that connect to writing? The truth is, communication is at the heart of both customer service and storytelling. In the BPO industry, I had to listen carefully, understand someone’s concerns, and find the right words to respond. Writing is similar—it’s about finding the right words to connect with readers, express ideas, and maybe even make a positive impact. So while I may be new to blogging, I feel like my BPO experience has given me a foundation that will guide me in this new adventure.
