Hola amigos de Hive, tengo prácticamente un mes sin escribir un post, cosa que me ha tenido un poco intranquilo pero hoy es el día de ocuparme. Éste post ya estaba pensado desde hace un mes, de hecho lo anticipé en mi penúltimo post. Tenía algunas dudas sobre en qué comunidad debía o podría postearlo, pues me parece que en las comunidades de comida las reglas no son claras respecto a los post de visitas de restaurantes. Como sea, es el momento de ocuparme y de verdad tengo ganas de hacer éste post.
Hello Hive friends, I haven't written a post in almost a month, which has made me a little uneasy, but today is the day to take care of it. This post has been planned for a month, in fact, I hinted at it in my penultimate post. I had some doubts about which community I should or could post it in, since I feel that in the food communities the rules regarding restaurant visit posts are not clear. Anyway, it's time for me to take care of it, and I really want to make this post.
Después de las compras que realicé el 16 de septiembre, (pueden ver mi post donde cuento mi día: [My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2025 - Yoga and Shopping day.](https://peakd.com/hive-193552/@douglasdaniel/actifit-douglasdaniel-20250817t040610970z)) fui a un restaurante mexicano con mi amiga Florgyneth, nosotros tenemos una dinámica que consiste en visitar lugares de comida, ya sean puestos de comida callejera o establecimientos formales como un restaurant o una cafetería, la dinámica es que son lugares a los que no hemos ido y mejor si son lugares nuevos, normalmente los conseguimos en redes sociales y nos los compartimos, luego de la visita damos nuestras opiniones y puntuaciones al mejor estilo de Master Cheff 😆

We have a routine that involves visiting food places, whether they are street food stalls or formal establishments like a restaurant or a café. The idea is that they are places we haven't been to before, and it's better if they are new places. We usually find them on social media and share them with each other. After the visit, we give our opinions and ratings in the best Master Chef style 😆.
Ese día después de mi clase de yoga y de las compras en las cuales Florgyneth me acompañó, fuimos a un lugar de comida mexicana llamado Taquería Tres Amigos (quizás sea un lugar que deberíamos visitar @jesuslnrs, @leonatus y yo.)
That day after my yoga class and the shopping where Florgyneth accompanied me, we went to a Mexican food place called Taquería Tres Amigos (maybe it's a place we should visit @jesuslnrs, @leonatus, and I.)
El lugar quizás no tenga nada de particular en cuanto a su estructura y estilo, es un lugar sencillo, lo cuál es una buena señal desde el comienzo, pues normalmente un lugar de comida "sencilla" tipo hamburguesas, arepas, etc, mientras más arreglos atractivos y fachadas deslumbrantes tenga, es muy probable que la comida no sea muy buena.
The place may not have anything particular regarding its structure and style; it is a simple place, which is a good sign from the start, because normally a place with 'simple' food like burgers, arepas, etc., the more attractive decorations and dazzling facades it has, the more likely it is that the food isn’t very good.
Aquí puedes ver como preparan la comida y el ambiente es bastante ameno ya que el ambiente entre los trabajadores es divertida y la atención amena.
Here you can see how they prepare the food and the atmosphere is quite pleasant since the environment among the workers is fun and the service is friendly.
Nuestra compra no fue muy grande, aunque no le tomé foto al cuarto plato donde venía el taco de chicharrón. La comida nos gustó mucho, no son comunes los lugares de comida mexicana aquí en Venezuela y a los pocos que he ido no me han dejado precisamente encantado.
Pero éste lugar me gustó mucho, porque la comida tiene un sabor diferente a algo que no había probado, quizás un sabor mexicano. Pedimos tacos de Al pastor, Chicharrón, Cochinilla y pollo y pedimos también quesadillas que estaban muy ricas 😋. En general las tortillas tienen ese sabor a harina de maíz nixtalizada que alguna vez probé de harinas traídas de México, las carnes tiernas y ricas en sabor, se nota que hubo un marinado en ellas.
Our purchase was not very big, although I didn't take a picture of the fourth plate that had the chicharrón taco. We really liked the food; Mexican restaurants are not common here in Venezuela, and the few I've been to haven't exactly thrilled me. But I liked this place a lot because the food has a different taste, something I hadn't tried before, perhaps a Mexican flavor. We ordered tacos Al pastor, chicharrón, cochinita, and chicken, and we also ordered quesadillas that were very tasty 😋. In general, the tortillas have that flavor of nixtamalized corn flour that I once tried from flours brought from Mexico, the meats were tender and rich in flavor, you can tell that they were marinated.
Mi salsa preferida fue la de tomatillo, tenía ese sabor del que les hablé hace un momento, nuestra puntuación fue de 7/10 Florgyneth y 8/10 yo, ambos estamos de acuerdo en que la porción podría ser un poco más a relación con el costo por todo lo demás está muy bien para ambos.
My favorite sauce was the tomatillo one, it had that flavor I mentioned a moment ago, our rating was 7/10 from Florgyneth and 8/10 from me, we both agree that the portion could be a little more in relation to the cost, but everything else is very good for both of us. Blessings!
