2 CORINTHIANS 9:7, and 8:1-3. This Bible passage deeply underscores how we have transformed from the Old Testament law of tithing to a New Testament where giving is more centered on generosity and giving freely.

Brother Eli made us to understand that only Jesus Christ, which has promised our eternal life, that the law has changed from that obligation of a fixed 10% tithe has been to liberating us and the call to give from our heart and not out of force.

This is not about being compulsive or being mandated to give a specified percentage. But this is our life. This is about giving cheerfully as a spirit that reflects the grace of God. This example, there was an example made, which is Macedonians, as Paul testified, that they give freely despite their poverty and they give with Joy. They desire to support their work, not out of force.

This signifies the free giving that Jesus Christ is talking about. It's not bound to any fixed amount and this shows that God has given us liberty and salvation to surrender our heart freely. As Christians, we are not bound to give a fixed tithing, but we are called as believers to be a cheerful givers, trusting that God will guide us as we continue to be generous and support his kingdom.

This freedom has empowered so many Christians to continue to speak. We continue to spread the gospel with love and not by any obligation to do that. We should continue to align our hearts to the teaching of God. The will of God for our life will be made manifested.
