This year, it looks like it will be a harsh winter. The snow fell in early October, but it melted quickly. It has been very warm these past two days, and I went mushroom picking. As a little boy, I often ate these mushrooms, which I will write about today, but this is the first time I have picked them myself. The reason is that I have not been able to recognize them.
These mushrooms grow in the shape of an egg, have a white membrane and when it bursts, an orange cap develops. It can be found in oak forests, as well as mixed forests. It thrives best in warm and dry places, where there is sunlight. The stem of the mushroom is yellowish, cylindrical in shape and about 10 cm high. Its flesh and leaves are also yellow. The spores are white. Young mushrooms have a semicircular cap. Over time, it becomes flattened. Now I have learned to distinguish it from the most poisonous red one with white spots. This mushroom also has white spots, but they come off because they are the remains of a ruptured membrane.
It contains proteins, which are an important source of energy. Also, mushrooms contain minerals and vitamins B, PP and D, which the body needs a lot.
Consumption of blagva strengthens the whole organism, and at the same time the immune system. Not to mention the taste. This is the most beautiful and sweetest mushroom. I think whoever tried it knows what I'm talking about
I tried to take a few more photos so that someone would know what kind this is. As for the preparation. I simply cut it into leaves and sauté it in oil. I feel bad adding anything to it because it tastes perfect.

Thanks for reading. Until next time. Stay healthy. Dragan
