When I was a young man of twenty, we often went to the mountain village of Crna trava. It was a good place for young people to have fun and we took girls there when we wanted to charm them.A friend of mine who lives in Canada and was born in this area, returned after thirty years and asked me to visit his birthplace. As we approached we were excited because it was after all the place of our youth.
As we approached we were excited because it was after all the place of our youth. We entered the very center of the settlement and didn't see a single person. It was as if no one lived here anymore.
We went on a tour. We passed by a hotel that was not working, where we had fun as young people with music and singing. The gas station was open for 2 hours a day. There we met a person who worked there. He told us that 300 residents live here and that everyone has moved away.

Where some families can live well and work in agriculture, they leave in search of a better life.
