Hello everyone! We received a very interesting topic from this community and I decided to write something about my plants that sprouted on their own and I benefit from them. These are Wild Hazel, Wild Cherry and Thornberry, or Wild Plum.Namely, they sprouted on their own in my plot. For years I cut them down, destroying weeds. But they read how healing and gifted they are, so I let them grow. I call them a miracle because I couldn't destroy them.
These are hazelnut tassels, they are harvested until they turn brown, yellow and even green are ideal because they are full of pollen. This is what they look like in nature, they are harvested right now, when they are this creamy yellow and full of pollen. And don't worry about pollination, with sporadic harvesting you don't endanger their fertilization and survival, nature has foreseen that too!I clean the fronds well and check for any insects, place them on a cloth and then on a tray and dry them on a radiator. I want to tell you that I harvest them in February. Drying takes about ten days.I grind them in a blender and add them to the bread my wife makes. I put the powder left over from the fringe in honey and eat a teaspoon every morning.
This wild cherry tree also grew on its own. I didn't cut it down because, as you know, I make wooden objects and cherry wood is really high quality. However, the children wouldn't let me cut it down because cherries are too sweet to eat.We make compotes and juices from it because we can't do anything else because it's so small. And birds also eat it.
The third wild and very useful plant and the most medicinal is THORN - wild plum.I could write a lot about this tree. I will only say the most important. It cures many diseases and everything on it is useful: branches, leaves, flowers and fruit. It contains many vitamins and we make juices, jams, liqueurs, teas, dry fruits, and cook compotes from it. Many times I have given the products I make to friends who needed them for medicine. It is extremely sour and unpleasant when picked. I cannot eat it.Nature is very powerful. And even more powerful are plants that survive without any care.I hope you enjoyed reading my post.
