Hello sports friends. Today after my son was stung by a wasp in the pool, I found that we have a small wasp nest between the pool and the paneling. I had to remove the nest and queen and put it back in a more distant place. I spent the afternoon doing a few small jobs in the garden and enjoyed the sun again and again. And of course I also did some sport. Not very much, but at least a little bit. In the morning 3 x 30 pushups and in the afternoon I was running a little. And of course I was also out with the dog.

Heute nachdem mein Sohn im Pool von einer Wespe gestochen wurde habe ich festgestellt das wir ein kleines Wespennest zwischen den Pool und der Verkleidung haben. Ich habe das Nest samt Königin entfernen müssen und an einem entfernteren Ort wieder abgelegt. Mit ein paar kleinere Arbeiten im Garten habe ich den Nachmittag verbracht und habe zwischendurch immer wieder die Sonne genossen.
Und natürlich habe ich auch etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen 3 x 30 Liegestützen und am Nachmittag war ich etwas Laufen. Und natürlich war ich auch mit dem Hund unterwegs.
