Hello sports friends. When I was mowing the lawn in the garden today I noticed that something was moving in the grass. On closer inspection I saw that there was a little bird lying in the grass. He probably fell out of the nest on his first flight attempt. I was terrified and packed him in a box with a nest from a small towel and called the animal aid. Unfortunately I couldn't reach anyone there. Now the little bird stays with us overnight and I take it to the vet tomorrow morning. At the moment he is fine he eats and chirps to himself. And of course I did some sport again. Not very much, but at least a little bit. In the morning 3 x 30 pushups and in the afternoon I was running a bit. And of course I was also out with the dog.

Hallo Sportsfreunde.
Als ich heut den Rasen im Garten mähte merkte ich das sich etwas im Gras bewegt.
Bei genaueren hinsehen sah ich das dort im Gras ein kleiner Vogel lag.
Warscheinlich ist er bei seinen ersten Flugversuch aus dem Nest gefallen. Total verängstigt habe ich ihn dann in eine Kiste mit einem Nest aus einem kleinen Handtuch gepackt und bei der Tierhilfe angerufen. Leider konnte ich dort niemanden erreichen. Nun bleibt der kleine Vogel über Nacht bei uns und ich bringe ihn morgen früh zum Tierarzt. Im Moment geht es ihm gut er frisst und zwitschert vor sich hin.
Und natürlich habe ich auch wieder etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen 3 x 30 Liegestützen und am Nachmittag war ich etwas Laufen. Und natürlich war ich auch mit dem Hund unterwegs.
