We should be well equipped. Yes, this is the thought of the day.
I am back with thoughts after so many days of being inactive. So, I am saying that we should be well equipped, we should be skilled, and we should be able to maneuver and find our way out of difficult situations.
I was going to the office, and my bike went out of order. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, and I wasn't able to drive it. I was worried because I had to pick my sister up from the library.
It got me worried, and when I went to the mechanic after working with the bike for almost a mile, it was very hot today, and the temperature got me worried as well. But when I went to the mechanic, he just took out the tire and changed one little part called the bearing from the tire, and the bike was fine again.
This is why I'm saying that we should be well equipped, we should be prepared, and we should be well-skilled. However, it's not possible to carry all those equipment with us, even for small walks or chores.
This is why we have different mechanics to help us and different professions to help us in various aspects of life. At the same time, it's really important to learn basic problem-solving skills for routine life.
I'm not much of a problem solver, but I help people in different ways. I was so pissed that this tiny thing made me walk for a while in the hot summer day, and I wasn't able to figure out what I should be doing. I was worried about my sister as well.
But I'm thinking of working on myself, gaining some problem-solving skills, and being a better person. I don't want to panic whenever such situations arise in my life. So far, I've always panicked and worried because I'm an overthinker.
It becomes difficult for me to handle certain situations. Even the pressure of handling situations becomes stress itself. But I realize that change is gradual, and I have to keep learning. Someday, I'll be able to solve such problems on my own, and I hope I won't worry as much.
Overthinking may be a problem, but it's not the end of the world. I can find my way out if I stay consistent and productive. Thank you so much. I have taken these pictures with my iPhone XR when my bike was out of order.
