If you mix grated zucchini with some flour and eggs, this can be one of the possible results. I'm not even sure how to call them in English...veggie patties or pancakes or maybe fritters? Sorry @silvertop, no meat proteins in today's menu! 😊 Would you eat these as a sweet dish, adding honey/syrup/sugar on them, or as a savory dish with some sour cream or tzatziki or even hummus?
