They fixed the curbs and side sidewalks, they poured a new layer of asphalt on the road and in the parking lot, but they gave it no thought into checking or fixing the drainage in the area, and this is happening all over the country not just in one town or county. This is the result of 5 minutes of rain and it wasn't even a heavy rain.
