Sports
I recently had the opportunity to give a talk on sports injuries to athletes and runners in my city, I felt welcomed and enthusiastic to continue to bring my knowledge to these people. We will talk about the ideal footwear for walking and running. Throughout my life I have heard many jokes about women and their undeniable love of buying shoes. There are even those who claim that shopping and coming back with a few beautiful models is one of the most effective techniques to combat sadness or stress and lift your spirits. I don't know if it always works, but I can say that I have used it once and it did help me feel much better!Normal Foot
Normally, the weight of the body should be distributed between the front of the foot and the heel, the latter being the one that would have to bear more than half the weight, when we are standing. High-heeled shoes, for example, have a minimum of support surface in the heel (sometimes only one square centimeter) so they change the natural distribution of weight, moving it to the front of the foot and overloading the toes. The higher, the worse. But that's not all. If the shoe besides having high heel is toe, it makes the toes collide with each other with each step and that they are also pressed against the front of the shoe, which in the long run causes deformation. The so-called claw toes, bunions, calluses and inflammation of the soft tissues appear. The pressure on the big toe hinders the correct posture when walking, overloading the bones of the foot and affecting the joints.https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmS4xa62mdBgoJ4YfeDJAvrMQ9pzpxtdxgF7aFDhEB1rpv/IMG-20190810-WA0041.jpg
