And just like the trees' colors change, so do our clocks as the precious daylight saving fades into our memory. No more late sunsets. No more evening golden hour. No more sunrises on the way to work.
Now it is nothing but darkness. Darkness when I step foot outside to walk to school. Darkness when I leave the building on Mondays and Tuesdays after our after school programs. The long winter approaches. I hope I'm ready. Until next time...
