I want you all guys to try Sri Sri Yoga practice to transform your mind - worst enemy into your best friend. Your mind is just a tool. Great instrument. Mind is not an owner of your life. You should use it and tell it what to do. Same for the body. Same for your emotions. There is no need to control it. Just take care of them all, nurture it with your attention, every day watch them all in meditation, and let them merge into a beautiful musical play.
