Burn Notice is the second Conflict in the Conclave Arcana card set and brings us Zarin the Scorch, another threat working alongside the Conclave Arcana who must be stopped before he completes his mission and more of the other threats join him.

Zarin the Scorch is a Legendary card of the Djinn element and bloodline that costs 8 mana with max level stats of 3 magic attack, 7 maximum health, and 3 speed, with the abilities:

An initiative-gaining ability that benefits the entire allied team in battle by attacking first and basically makes Zarin the Scorch's speed 4 instead of 3 based on the modification of his stats and with his magic attack makes him one of the first to attack on the team, being able to damage enemies ignoring their armor or removing Divine Shield so that the rest of the team can finish them off and more with the combination of another ability that he gets at higher levels.

An interesting ability against enemies with magic damage to give the Phase to the tank in the first position but due to its stats and abilities Zarin the Scorch is not a good card to have in the second position due to its amount of health, if the tank is eliminated it is very likely that Zarin the Scorch can also easily fall and lose the speed advantage and put it in the last position to give the Phase to the rearguard to protect it from magic attacks although there are few cards with magic damage and Sneak but it has a better use against enemies with magic damage and Snipe or in Target Practice battles by being able to give the Phase to the possible target of these attacks.

It is the third card with that ability, a very good one for battles against enemies with damaging abilities but it can be difficult to use it and to foresee that the enemy can attack the rearguard with units with that type of abilities like Poison or divert the enemies to attack a Taunt in the rearguard and absorb the damage to then be cleansed or specific Rulesets like Noxious Fumes to combine with other cards with Cleanse and protect several allies from Poison or eliminate the Burning of allied units by Incendiary in the rearguard like Zyrx The Emberglace or Kha'zi Conjurer.
