You have those days thay you can't seem to focus but things must be done ,there is always something that catches your attentions and keeps you away from the work.That's sound awfully familiar ,I'm experienced that many times.I say to myself "A short break couldn't hurt" ,that "shortbreak" turn into hours and I haven't made progress what's so ever.It's a very problematic habit.I searched for solution to remedy. The remedy come in the form as Time warp.

Time warp is a wonderfull tool.You can do three things basically.First redirect.for example I'm a regulary vistor of the site called poloniex.com , I could redirect this to more productive site. The second option the quote.You need to insert a quote of you own making and each time you visted the certain website you will see the quote appear.Make very personal and direct,It will have effect. The last option timebalk ,it will appears on the site your visting and let's you how many hours you spend here
